Have had them service my dc14 2 years in a row now. I purchased the machine of them originally as my dc03 was knackered and the part I needed had been discontinued. The engineers are polite, and the management is spot on. Honest hard working people and good company. My mother also has a membership with them, she has also had them out 2 years in a row now

Agree with tony thorthon they are complete rip off !! Don't go there or get membership I had a engineer really perssure from engineer to get membership had too wait over months for my spare parts for my Dyson not even genuine parts had a Dyson gentleman come too examine them !! As I was changing my Dyson once fitted my Dyson wasn't working any better than before complete rip off I now cancelled my membership and they say they Are getting a debt collectors out on me even though I gave my Dyson away bring it on !! Not paying ripping me off gone to bbc about them such bad service . My advice STAY AWAY !!!!!

My eldetly parents needed to cancel their contract as they no longer had the Dyson and were paying £106 a year for service contract. They phoned and an employee was extremely rude to my Dad, it makes me so angry when vulnerable people are conned like this.
